Ardeth L Wilson grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Hanover College in 1956. She was a summa cum laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis in 1982. She clerked for the Indiana Court of Appeals, and then served as a staff attorney for UAW Legal Services in Anderson, Indiana from 1983-1997. At that point, she started her private practice, geared toward helping people. She is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Madison County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and is active in the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section, of which she served as chairperson in 2000.
She is married to David E. Wilson, with three children and eight grandchildren.
David P. Wilson was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Hobe Sound Bible College in 1979, and served for 17 years as a missionary in Bolivia and Argentina, South America, and Alaska, working as a pastor and university professor. He then served as an office manager for seven years in Indiana and New York. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis in 2009, and began practicing with Ardeth in this office. He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Madison County Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association.

David is fluent in Spanish and translates for the local court system. David also practices in the area of Immigration, focusing on the needs and rights of aliens.
David is married to Barbara R. Wilson, and they have three children.
Donna Meiser is an Indiana native. Donna is married and the mother of three children. She holds an Associate Degree in Management Foundations, and a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership, through Anderson University. Donna has served as a general legal assistant at Wilson Law since March 2009.
Susan Smith considers Fayetteville, Arkansas her hometown. She graduated from Fayetteville High School and attended the University of Arkansas. She has more than 18 years experience as a legal assistant. Susan joined Ardeth Wilson in 1999. She works primarily with Medicaid and is the friendly person to help you cope with Medicaid.

Susan is married to Brad Smith. They have two daughters.
Kristen M. Due was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2005 she graduated from Liberty Christian High School as Salutatorian and a member of the National Honor Society. She then went on to Bible school, studying her first two years in Samara, Russia and finishing in South Africa where she received her Bachelor of Theology from the South African Theological Seminary in 2009. In January 2010, she began her employment at Wilson Law, LLC, where she mainly works with Probate and Guardianships.
